Jose Mourinho has lashed out at Manchester United legend Paul Scholes after suddenly resigning from his position as Oldham Athletic boss this month.

And now Mourinho has reportedly hit back at him, stating, “Paul Scholes criticised me when I was the manager at some of the biggest clubs in the world while he only lasted for 31 days at Oldham Athletic. Go back to the studio.” During his first season at Old Trafford, Mourinho won Europa League and EFL Cup titles for United but failed to build on the success in subsequent seasons.
