charging system failure 2005 silverado

done all the obvious things - 05 gmc sierra 1500 5.3.....Charge system failure, abs, died. I tested the battery voltage by a multimeter while the engine is running it reads 13.55 -13.70. Also, have the replacement alternator bench tested before you leave the parts store to confirm it is delivering the proper voltage and current.
